Central Belfast Apartments have recently grown in size and in reputation, as a result of this success the brand identity has fallen behind. We were asked to create a modern identity, tone of voice and campaign that represented the businesses offering for today and beyond.

Process
Bespoke Design
Taking inspirations from their interior design and European Boutique hotels we worked together in created a clear, visual strategy for the business. We held research and development meetings to determine a clear path to success for their new communications. We found that interior and quality were important to the owners and we needed to reflect this in the design of the identity, clean, stark and modern are the key components of a modern Central Belfast Apartment.

Solution
Brand Evolution
We created a stylish, condensed type mark for Central Belfast Apartments and shortened the moniker to simply ‘Central.’ WE also introduced an illustrated floorplan for each apartment location and use the shapes to house imagery, illustration across each site. The bright yellows used across the brand identity is a nod to the old brand but with a slightly brighter shade we showcase the business as a bold, modern force to be reckoned with.


The Kaizen team were great, from initial scoping to the final delivery. Guiding us along the way, creating pitch perfect messaging and a striking creative adaptation of what we want to get across to our target audience.
