Digital Presentation Frequently Asked Question
When briefing your presentation design project, please confirm which software you are most comfortable using. We are able to output you files in common presentation software formats such as: Powerpoint, Prezi, Keynote or Visme. However if your event is using a bespoke system ,we can also accommodate most options. In addition we can also output your design as screen-ready pdf, so that this may be shared pre or post event.
Firstly, we need content and assets (logos and imagery). Remember less is more when it comes to the design and you should do the talking, not the presentation. If you have imagery and logos you want to include, the more you supply upfront, the better we can work on your design. If you have no imagery, this is fine, we can purchase licence to stock materials that suit the project.
After final content, we need a quick discussion with you to understand the brief at hand and the intent of your project.
Armed with this information, we design up a small number of you slides to ensure we have interpreted the brief correctly. On approval of our first drafts, our design team will output the rest of your presentation. We supply the final document in your chosen format well in advance of the presentation to ensure you have time to practice and make amends if required. We know information changes in real-time and so our presentations are always editable by you or your team.
